The developer, Hallam Land Management held a three-week virtual consultation in October 2021. Hopefully someone knew about it.

Their consultation website is still open (though you cannot make any comments). You may be disappointed however if you want to see any of their material - the following image shows that the content has been removed from their site (this was the situation at 10pm on 26 February 2022).
